Q. I purchased the App but it didn’t download. What do I do?
A.There seems to be something going on with iTunes that’s preventing Apps from being able to download (there are several reports from different developers of this problem). Unfortunately, we don’t have control of this. Apple says try restarting your phone (instructions here), or delete the app and get it from the store again (Apple won’t charge your for it twice).

We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but we can’t control the App installation process.

Q. What are the qualifications of the people that wrote the content for the app?

All rescue and safety classes are custom designed to fit the needs of each specific company and all classes are OSHA or NFPA compliant, if applicable.

Many of our clients contacted us when they were ready for a change and were tired of canned classes that were not appropriate for the types of rescues they were responsible for responding to. The classes have ranged from NFPA compliance in Rope and Confined Space rescue, OSHA compliance in confined space operations and rescue, Rope access, bosun chair safety, fall-protection, and wilderness first aid.

We are a member of PMI’s Professional Trainer Program.

All of our instructors are responsible for coordinating and operating confined space, technical, wilderness and industrial rescues in their daily routine.
